NUCCA is the foundation upon which QSM3 was built.  QSM3 is a progression of technique emphasizing postural analysis while moving away from misalignment dependency on x-rays.  Although x-rays are still necessary to determine the health of the spine to include pathology and degeneration.  Once taken, very rarely are x-rays taken again unless requested or accident/injury requires them.  The QSM3 method focuses on releasing postural tension against gravity to return the frame to a straighter and stronger position.  Gravity, trauma and stress all can cause a weakness at any point in the spine. This breakdown in spinal structures causes an interference with brain to body communication.  By opening up the posture and re-positioning the body this communication can be reestablished and strengthened.
