​Aligned Care Chiropractic is out of network with all insurance carriers. However, if you receive out of network benefits, documentation of services can be provided to submit to your insurance carrier.

Cash, check, credit/debit cards, and health and wellness account cards are accepted as payment at the end of each visit.
