When it seems your only options are drugs with unpleasant side-effects or surgery, when you are suffering from an unexpected injury, or when you simply require an increased sense of well-being our gentle and effective method will restore balance and improve nerve function so the body is free to repair and heal itself, as it was designed to do.

You can be assured, at Aligned Care Chiropractic – we have a commitment to excellence when it comes to the level of care we provide.

what to expect

As a patient the initial visit is by far the longest and most intensive.  It is usually divided into two visits. Th first visit includes an in-depth intake exam with thorough physical examination and patient history.  Very precise x-rays, with minimal exposure, are taken only as a necessity to visualize the necessary region and generate the precise measurements required to tailor treatment to your unique misalignment.

The second part of the initial visit will include a report of findings and the spinal alignement.   Finally, a care plan is developed with a goal of achieving and maintaining optimal balance.

Please print and complete the required forms for your first visit.  If you are unable to print the forms please show up 20 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete the forms.
